MBA Admission Notice 2008-09
Applications are invited for admission to 175 seats in MBA programme (2 years full time trisemester based) at Haryana School fo Business (HSB), Admission shall be made on the basis of following criteria :
- CAT-2007 Score : 50% Weightage
- Academic Score (%) in qualifying exam : 30% Eightage
- GD : 10% Weightage
- Personal Interview : 10% Weightage
Eligibility : Any graduate with 50% or equivalent marks (pass marks in class of SC candidates ) or fellow of ICSI/ICAI/ICFAI/ICWAI/Similar Body. The candidates appearing in the qualifying degree examination during 2007-08 session and also appearing in CAT-2007 (being cunducted by IIM-Kozhikode) shall be eligible to apply for addmission. Only short listed candidates based on CAT 2007 Score will be called for GD and PI.
Admission Form : Applications on admission form given in the HSB-Admission Prospectus-2008-09 should reach the office of the Director, Haryana School of Business, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar. The prospectus shall be available w.e.f. November 23, 2007. The HSB-Admission Prospectus-2008-09 may be obtained from the State Counter of the University by paying Rs.1000/- in cash for general category candidates (Rs.250/- for SC/BC of Haryana). The candidates who wish to have HSB-Prospectus-2008-09 by post may send a DD of Rs.1050/- for general category and Rs.300/- for SC/BC of Haryana. The same may also be downloaded from the university website http://www.gju.ernet.in/ and can be submitted along with a DD of Rs.1000/- (Rs.250/- in case of SC/BC of Haryana) drawn in favour of Registrar, GJUS&T, Hisar and payable at Hisar. Last date for submission of admission form is 14th December, 2007.
